Raghu Kilambi


Raghu Kilambi is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of global business experience in public and private investments, building businesses and creating shareholder value. He has raised over $1 billion of equity and debt capital for private and public companies and been involved in many M&A acquisitions and exits. Raghu’s experience includes operational management, financial reporting, corporate governance corporate finance, public offerings, strategic acquisitions and investments, international business development, merchant banking and corporate restructuring in sectors including technology, telecom and mobile. Most recently, Raghu was Vice Chairman & CFO of California-based ConversionPoint (e-Commerce software/services) which was sold in 2 M&A exits in late 2019 and early 2020 after filing a Nasdaq IPO prospectus for an Oppenheimer-led IPO in 2019. In addition, Raghu was previously the Co-Founder, CFO and Chief Strategy Officer of a leading VC-backed first generation application hosting company that grew from startup to $140 million in annual revenues and a peak Nasdaq market capitalization of over US $2 billion. Raghu has also been an investor in companies that were acquired by Yahoo, eBay and CGI. He graduated with Great Distinction with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University, and qualified as a Canadian Chartered Accountant (inactive).

Salim Rahemtulla


Salim Rahemtulla currently serves as the President of PowerTap Hydrogen Fueling Corp. and has over 30 years of private and public sector experience in real estate development, asset management, banking/lending, operations, and facilities management. A former US naval officer, he has managed and lead cross-functional teams as a development executive and community planner executing $2B in public and private sector residential and industrial construction projects. He has also been a construction lender and a loan portfolio manager at two major financial institutions. As a federal civilian employee for the Navy, he was a mission protection/land-use compatibility program manager at a major naval installation with an airfield and deep-draft port, and an asset and facilities management director at a Southern California weapons storage facility with extensive RDT&E facilities overseeing the planning and development of several mission-critical projects. Over the past decade, Salim has been involved in several real estate and renewable energy start-up companies in addition to PowerTap, including, Foton Technologies, a company which developed a proven clean, green gasification technology and a real estate fund under the auspices of a Southern California-based investment bank. Serving on the Board of Directors of the California Hydrogen Business Council as a Director-at-Large and the Chair of the Vehicle and Infrastructure Initiative Committee, Salim has an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in Economics with an emphasis in Social Sciences and Communication and an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Margarito Rodriguez


Margarito is an active CPA with over 12 years of professional experience, nine in public accounting and the last three as a corporate finance officer in the consumer goods industry. Margarito specializes in financial reporting and general advisory and has experience across several sectors, including energy, transportation/logistics, and consumer goods, advising clients from both the public and private sectors.

George Steinbrenner IV


George Steinbrenner IV is the youngest team owner within the NTT INDYCAR Series. His own embrace of practicing sustainability, reinforced by leadership and examples within his family and related businesses, adds to a commitment of following the lead of INDYCAR in having announced a planned move to implement single-source hybrid systems beginning in 2023. George brings his own long-term view to the ambitious aim of supporting the message of sustainability within motorsport by actively pursuing unique initiatives including running an alternative fuel transporter and companion generator to achieve a carbon neutral footprint, helping to implement comprehensive recycling programs across the INDYCAR landscape, and leading an effort to implement green power at campsites across the INDYCAR schedule. In 2016, George, in collaboration with Michael Andretti and Andretti Autosport, founded Steinbrenner Racing, an American-based motorsports team competing within the NTT INDYCAR Series and a related and developmental series designed to groom future INDYCAR Series stars. Steinbrenner Racing enters a fifth overall year of competition in 2021 having earned eleven race wins, fifteen poles and twenty-nine total podiums in total. A member of a family known for winning and success with the New York Yankees, George has shown a passion for racing from an early age along with a commitment toward eventual team ownership by beginning his leadership path as an intern.

Dave Rogers


Dave Rogers is the Founder & CEO of Amp Energy, an energy transition platform company. Mr. Ismail Al Zarooni


Ismail has experience in delivering numerous end-to-end multi-billion-dollar projects across Dubai, these projects range from airports to over 80+ gold certified LEED Expo pavilions. Being a key member of Expo 2020 site delivery team, he has successfully delivered various bespoke award winning CEEQUAL and LEED certified projects ranging from a unique observation tower to complex steel shade structures. Ismail has extensive experience in managing various stakeholders ranging from governmental authorities, contractors, multi-national investment firms and end users. With comprehensive knowledge of current research and trends in the field of renewable energy and sustainability, Ismail has always exemplified this at the heart of all his projects.

David Bray


David Bray has over 30 years of diverse experience leading global teams for wholesale/retail products within the Downstream Oil and Gas Sector. At Shell Oil Products Company US, he served as General Manager of Strategy/Business Development, US Fuels and Marketing, and Americas Aviation. Additionally, David was responsible for the first significant implementation of SAP’s S/4 Hana system within Shell, which was one of the largest implementations within the Oil and Gas Sector to date.  

Given his senior roles, David has had oversight on the future of Oil and Gas, the Environment, and Safety. He is passionate about safety and ensuring no harm is done to people or the environment. Equally so, he recognizes the energy challenge of emitting less CO2 through cleaner fuels. David’s focus in starting Bray Retail Consulting was to assist companies in moving through significant change management to help meet the growing energy needs of the future. 

David has a BS in Business Administration from Troy University’s Sorrell College of Business and an MBA from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School

Bill O'Banion


Mr. O’Banion is a 27-year Business/Strategy Development Executive in the Advanced Automation industry, having led strategic client, product and associated supply chain development of several companies involved in capital equipment within some of the most advanced global technology markets. His firm is currently heavily invested in the hydrogen fuel cell and EV markets where PowerTap’s hydrogen generation platforms will be deployed to support hydrogen-based transportation industry fuel demands. Mr. O’Banion has a stellar track record of developing deep relationships with global leaders of every respective market he has engaged with historically, generating nearly USD $2 billion revenue over the course of his career.  He has been responsible for creating niche markets by introducing the most advanced technologies into extremely difficult applications which have resulted in critical market evolution and global leadership positions. William has filled a leadership role in every step of his career with an entrepreneurial mind and savvy for aligning technology solutions where they are needed the most
